For two years, I have written there ought not to be a Certificate Program Application because hardly anyone knows much of anything.
Education ought to be Costa Rican democratic, free and assessible to every learner. Thank you! I have been passionate to make this change. This is so cool! I didn't know if this would happen in my life time! I petitioned for this motion! This is very exciting!
